- Points are validated at the end of your stay. Points are valid for 18 months. At the end of this period, the points balance returns to 0.
- The e-gift voucher is valid for 8 months to create a new reservation, the dates of stay can be later. Only one gift voucher can be used per booking.
- Your gift voucher will be sent to you by email and will be available in your customer account at the end of your stay.
- Your voucher can only be used at the time of booking. It cannot be used during your stay to pay for additional services.
- Your e-gift voucher is valid throughout vacanceole website.
You can check your loyalty points and your gift voucher directly in your customer account.
Your e-gift voucher is valid only once, it is not nominative, so you can offer it to one of your relatives.
You can use your e-voucher via the website at the time of payment, via the call centre or directly at the reception desk. Remember to bring your customer code and your gift voucher number with you when you make your reservation.
