Nestled in the heart of the famous Vendee seaside resort, it offers all the comfort you need to rest after exhilarating hours of water skiing and scuba diving... Or to extend your 100% lazy day: here you can live at 100 miles an hour or prefer practicing the noble art of "slow movement" between two cocktails and a lobster claw (in other words, "take the time to live").
But as sea dogs can’t be fooled, here is a more detailed presentation of our 2-star services! In practice, remember that ALL our apartments (for 4-6 people) are equipped with:
- A living room with TV, where you can comfortably watch all channels from a pull-out sofa bed;
- A kitchen area with fridge, microwave, hob, extractor and dishwasher;
- A bathroom with bathtub and separate toilet;
- A balcony or a terrace.
Not to mention the free Wi-Fi access, the free parking space and the heated outdoor swimming pool with paddling pool for the youngest kids!

Located on the shores of the Atlantic Ocean and boasting a magnificent sandy beach, it is one of the most renowned seaside resorts on the Cote de Lumiere. High place of nautical sports, it is, among other things, labeled 2 stars by the French Surfing Federation. The city is also appreciated for its artisanal fishing port and the famous Port Olona: with nearly 1,400 berths afloat, it is the largest marina in Vendee. Convenient if you want to come by boat!
By taking a holiday rental in Les Sables-d'Olonne, you can also enjoy the magnificent view of the bay and many picturesque settings. Consider in particular to visit Penotte Island: this district located in the city center is home to lovely houses expertly decorated with multicolored seashells. Here is a restaurant which has at the same time a very good quality/price ratio and a very pleasant view on the port and the channel. The kitchen is based on fresh products, the menu of the day changing every day according to the market. Flavors mix fish mainly with Mediterranean or exotic notes quite creative, cooking a la plancha.
It is a beautiful lake inland. Trails can be traveled on foot or by ATV all around the lake. It is a particularly quiet place, where you can still fish for carp and explore by canoe or paddle. But beware, you can't swim here. Have a nice walk!
There is a large salt marsh park a few minutes away from the residence (as well as the Ile d'Olonne, 7 km and 10 min by car). You will be able to take a boat trip (paying) in the salt marshes, by canoe or paddle from the Saltworks: we have a partnership with this company.

Haut lieu des sports nautiques, elle est, entre autres, labellisée 2 étoiles par la Fédération Française de Surf. La ville est aussi appréciée pour son port de pêche artisanale et le célèbre Port Olona : avec près de 1 400 places à flot, il s’impose comme le plus grand port de plaisance de Vendée. Pratique, si vous voulez venir en bateau !
