Stroll through the narrow streets of Samoens and admire the traditional mountain architecture, climb the Joux Plane pass (a feat taken on by expert cyclists and beginners alike), continue on to the Fer a Cheval mountain cirque and let your eyes wander over the Haut-Giffre Valley.
Begin your descent towards Morillon and your Residence Grand Massif***. Just like in the valley, the lush greenery is there to welcome you summer and winter alike. The chalets and houses are typical of the region and blend in with their surroundings perfectly, not detracting from their striking backdrop!

This activity is possible for those above 13 yo. The courageous will discover the water cycle throughout an educational trail. They will start at the source of the glaciers, cross a canyon, progress by abseiling and finish the activity after an hour and a half.

The Lac Bleu is the ideal place to find an activity to suit your taste! You can enjoy the beach and a free, supervised swimming area. There are plenty of activities on offer, including accrobranche (tree climbing), inflatable structures, kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing and many other activities for young and old alike.
This reserve offers a wealth of scenery, games and organised workshops. The full programme is available from the Tourist Office.
This summer, take to the skies with the ski lifts. This is your chance to discover the Morillon and Samoëns valleys.
On foot or by bike, depending on what you want to do, you can take the Morillon gondola lift to the Essert resort or the Sairon chairlift to admire the breathtaking views over the mountains.

En sortant de la vallée de l'Arve, vous cheminerez tranquillement vers le magnifique Pays du Mont-Blanc. Soyez prévenu, les paysages sont à couper le souffle dès le bas de la vallée ! Morillon est une station-village familiale avec forêts et vallées à perte de vue. À quelques kilomètres seulement de Samoëns, il y a ici des arrêts incontournables. Flânez dans les ruelles de Samoëns pour admirer l'architecture traditionnelle montagnarde, grimpez le col de Joux Plane (col prisé des cyclistes aguerris comme amateurs), poussez la balade jusqu'au cirque du Fer à Cheval et laissez votre regard divaguer sur la vallée du Haut-Giffre.
Entamez la descente vers Morillon et votre résidence de vacances Grand Massif★★★. Comme dans la vallée, la nature y est bienveillante et préservée en hiver comme en été. Une fois la neige fondue : on grimpe, on marche, on profite de cette nature aux 1000 merveilles. Prenez de la hauteur, c'est bon pour le moral et l'humeur ! Au gré de vos envies et des capacités de toute la tribu, offrez-vous une balade adaptée sur les sentiers de la vallée. Aujourd'hui, tout le monde en a assez de marcher ? Direction l'aire de jeux du Morillon 1100, l'aire de jeux du Lac Bleu ou encore l'aire de jeux aquatiques extérieure de Ayse. Une montagne d'activités vous attend !
La base de loisirs du Lac Bleu vous permettra de poser votre serviette au bord de l’eau et vous amuser en famille avec des jeux d’eau, du paddle, un parc de structures gonflables et de nombreuses animations l’été.
